Emangi refers to the four powerhouse Dysrock bands: Zaman Reaksi, Belis Kekasih, Fajar Menanam Padi, and Resesi.

That the big four are crowned as the "canon" acts of Dysrock earned a lot of heat and vehement disagreements, particularly among some critics, who point out that Rejeng deserve—more than other acts—to be put in the canon, since the dystopian trend and soundscape distinct of dysrock began with them.
Other bands are also debated of whether they should be in the canon. Because of that, although the four Emangi bands are considered canon acts, and the easiest gateway into the scene, the list of canon dysrock acts may vary.
